1. HOW TO OBTAIN A GAME PIECE: Starting on or about September 1, 2000, Official Game Pieces will be available on specially marked packages of participating Kraft Foods products. To learn more about The Kraft® Game of Life® and how to get a Game Board, visit our web site at www.kraftfoods.com.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You may also request a Game Piece (while supplies last), Game Board (while supplies last) and a copy of the Official Rules by sending a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to The Kraft® Game of Life® Game Piece, P.O. Box 466092, Lawrenceville, GA 30042-6092. Requests must be postmarked by April 20, 2001 and received by May 1, 2001. Residents of WA/VT may omit return postage. Limit one request per envelope, mailed separately.

2. HOW TO PLAY AND WIN: There are two ways to play and be eligible to win: (1) COLLECT & WIN - collect the entire series of Collection Game Stamps that constitute a prize as described below; and (2) INSTANT WIN - obtain a single "WINNER" Game Stamp or a coupon for a free Kraft product.

On specially marked packages, cut or peel along the dotted line to remove the game piece found inside. Follow the instructions in Part A below if you reveal Collection Stamps or Part B below if you reveal an Instant Win Stamp or a Kraft product coupon.

A. COLLECTION STAMP INSTRUCTIONS Separate the Game Stamps by cutting on the dotted line. See Rule 4 to determine stamp numbers needed to win a prize, subject to verification. If you are using The Kraft® Game of Life® Game Board, match the number on the Collection Game Stamp with the corresponding number shown on the Game Board. Then glue or staple the Collection Game Stamp(s) to the proper place(s) in the collection prize section of the Game Board. See Rule 3 for Prize Claim instructions. B. INSTANT WIN INSTRUCTIONS Separate Game Stamps by cutting on dotted line. Look for "WINNER" message printed on Game Stamp, subject to verification. See Rule 3 for Prize Claim instructions. If your Game Piece contains a Kraft product coupon, you are an instant winner of that product and your coupon may be redeemed at your local grocery store.

3. CLAIMS: TO CLAIM ANY COLLECTION PRIZE OR ANY INSTANT WIN PRIZE (except for a free Kraft Product Prize issued as a coupon): Sign your initials in ink across the face of each of your official Game Stamp(s). Mail your original Game Stamp(s) with a 3" x 5" card on which you have printed your full name, date of birth, complete address (city, state, zip code) and day/evening telephone numbers in a stamped envelope to: The Kraft® Game of Life® Claims, P.O. Box 466093, Lawrenceville, GA 30042-6093, for receipt by June 1, 2001. Prize claims valued at $500 or more should be sent via Registered Mail, return receipt requested. To claim Instant Win Kraft Product Coupon Prizes: Redeem coupon in your local grocery store by expiration date specified. All Collection and Instant Win claims must be received by June 1, 2001, when the Game ends. All prize claims are subject to verification. All claims submitted become the sole property of Kraft Foods, Inc. (Sponsor). Any Game Stamp received that is tampered with, illegible, mutilated, reproduced, contains printing or other errors, obtained where prohibited or not obtained legitimately, will be null and void. Potential prize winners must sign any required Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and where legal a Publicity Release within 21 days of attempted delivery or prize may be forfeited.
